I signed up to receive a "FREE" CD information on govt. grants. The $1.99 was for shipping. I never received anything! After looking at my bank account, after I went into the red, they had taken $94.89. No where on the site (I have a copy of the original page)does it state that I would be charged anything! The site is non-existent now. I tried calling the number given on other complaints but I just go to eternal hold. I am working with my bank now to try and resolve the charges. I would love to meet Lisa Fitzgerald in person!!! I hope she goes to prison. Here I am trying to find grant money to send my son to college because I can afford it and these low life pull this S**t!!! I am in the hole over $300 now.

I got the C.D. for $1.99. in Jan 2009. I never used the C.D. and left it on my table. I notice on my C.C. bill a Charge for $94.89 in March. I checked the previous month and I was charged the same amount in Feb.I investigated it and found it was charge by IDS Grants. I called them up and they said the monthly charge was in the terms and Conditions of the membership and the monthly fee was $94.89. I told them I never used the service and I would like a refund. They said it would take 3 months from the time I called it in. From June 6 the 3 months was up and they gave me a website for a refund which is www.grantmemberservices.com/refundform.aspx. I put in my e-mail address and a form came up to send in as fax or by mail ( the mailing address was not shown on the from). I sent in 2 faxes and no refund. Guess what? I never got the refunds and the telephone number of the company is no longer in service. I called my bank and they are Investigating them.

After being charged for two months of service that I new nothing about, I requested to have these charges refunded. After getting the runaround now for three months, I am ready to file a lawsuit against this fraudulent company. They state that there is a 90 day money back guarantee, but they will not back it up. Every time I call the customer support line, they tell me that there is nothing they can do except e-mail the refund request form. After being told that 12 twelve times, I have not received one e-mail with the form. Then they say that something must be wrong with my e-mail. What a Joke!!! I wish that someone who has some more information about this scam and what we all can do about this, would contact me. my e-mail address is [email protected]. If any one can help, please contact me.
