My wife and I were looking at this site and wanted to see if there was any business grants available. They inferred that there was and the cost would be 1.98 to view what was available for 24 hrs. so we paid the $1.98 and then three days later they charged my card for $33.62. That charge was not authorized by me and and we didn't ask for anything and there was nothing there in the way of what they said was available. I called and the lady that I talked to was beligerant asking for the last four of the card that I had used and then asking for the first 6 digits also. After I had given them to her she got angry and said that they didn't give refunds and I told the lady that there was only one authorization for $1.98 and that I was at my bank at that very moment and that the charge was fraudulent and I was not going to pay for there fraudulent actions. She then gave me this website address and said that I could come here and get my money refunded, but only 25.00 of it and again I told her that I was not going to pay for anything more than thge $1.98 that I had authorized. She got nasty and hung up on me. The fact remains that I am not going to pay any more than the 1.98 I authorized. I have already challenged it at my bank and they are ready to do an investgation on this activity. I expect my money to be returned withing the next 24 hr.s or we can take this to the courts if we have to. Fraud is illegal!
