I paid the $1.99 and got sick and was in to the hospital of course unable to cancel in 7 days, so when i got out i explained my condition and why i was unable to cancel before the 7 day trial period while in the hospital they charged my account for $94.86 . I told them what happened and asked for a refund but they would not give me a refund said i would have to wait 90 days. what a scam!!!

Grants One Day offers a resource guide on cd for $1.99. A couple of weeks after you receive it 'BAM' they hit your credit card for $94.89. Upon calling them and requesting cancellation, the representative stated that the subscription was canceled and I should receive a confirmation email showing the cancellation. I waited around and called back and had them resend the email, after four hours still no email. I checked my credit card statement online the next day and 'BAM' another $94.89 was debited. I called back and asked why there was another debit, the rep couldn't answer me! I asked once again for the confirmation email, waited and still no email. I called back and spoke to another rep, he instructed me to send a request email to the billing dept. I did within a few seconds I received an automated email stating that they received it and that someone would contact me within 24 hours. 32 hours later and still no confirmation! I had to change my credit card info to get this scharade stopped. Another thing, the reps are from another country! Dont get dragged into this, stay away from Grants One Day and Grant Member Services!

The above named company charged my bank account $94.89 without my knowledge.
They requested that I try their program for 88 days and if not satisfied then reques a refund which they will grant. Since I did not authorize the fore mentioned amount, I do not want to wait for a refund. I want it back now into my account.

I also received the CD and I thought it was only $1.99 for shipping but they charged my account $94.89. This should be illegal that they could charge your account without your knowledge until you see the charges.
