I ordered the Grant Kit offered by Grant360.com which was offered for $1.95 on my credit c ard. When reviewing my credit card statement, I discovered an additional $57.61 charge had been made on my credit card that I did not authorize. I ordered the grants360.com software believing I would only be charged the $1.95 and had the additional $57.61 charged to my account without prior knowledge. Nowhere in the advertisement did I see anything about an additional charge, or a one day trial. I regret the decision to purchase the kit and the scam allows these people to continue with their scam! This website should be shut down or banned because it is so misleading! I am an unemployed mother who was hoping find a grant that would help me further my education and this experience has only been detrimental.

As cautious as I am usually, I was scammed like many others. If I knew who to contact, I would insist on a full refund!!!

As hard as times are now, I am very wary of any offer!

On November 5, 2009 I went to the website (www.grants360.com) and ordered a CD. The website said the CD was free, but you had to pay $1.95 shipping cost. I used my NetSpend VISA to pay this charge. It appears on my transaction summary (which I am including in this fax transmission) as $1.95 plus another charge of $1.00 for using a Debit Card. This transaction is OK, although I have not yet received the CD.
On the next day, I did not go to their website, but they charged my account $57.61. I did not authorize this charge or order anything else from the firm. They had my Debit Card number and took it upon themselves to steal $57.61 from me using the NetSpend card number.
I tried calling several times (888-895-3206) and an automated phone system puts you on hold and then disconnects the call. I sent them an email demanding a refund and got no reply.
I want the $57.61 refunded to my NetSpend Account. I want the card number closed out and the $57.61 along with the $1.19 on the card transferred to the new NetSpend VISA card.
I have completed the Dispute Notification Form to the best of my ability. The order was never placed by me, so some of your questions on the form such as “Was the order cancelled?” do not make sense and provide no choice in answers that would be appropriate.

There is a connection between Grants360.com and Partner with Paul and Online Business Systems. On the Partner with Paul website they refer you to Grants360.com to get your share of the millions of dollars available in free money. They are preying on unsuspecting people who are hurting because of the economy. The whole set-up of Online Business Systems is a scam, a pyramid scheme they try to rope you into paying $395.00 for training and support which the product they allegedly promote (Herbalife and Herbalite) you can order directly from the manufacturer and become an affiliate and build your own downline without a major investment of $395.00.

IF YOU GET RIPPED OFF BY ONE OF THESE FIRMS -- ONLINE BUSINESS SYSTEMS, GRANTS360.COM, OR PARTNER WITH PAUL -- DO AS I DID. FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE INTERNET CRIME COMPLAINT SYSTEM (ic3.gov/). It is easy to do and you will get an email from them giving you login info and a password to track action on these thieves. I am attaching copies of the complaints I filed against Grants360.com, Grant Cash Finder, and in this complaint I show the connection between Partner with Paul, Online Business Systems, and a member of both Partner with Paul and Online Business Systems -- a guy by the name of Walter O'Donnell.

ONE THING THE IC3.GOV RECOMMENDS IS, CHECK OUT THE COMPANY BEFORE YOU GIVE ANY FINANCIAL INFO, AT www.lookstoogoodtobetrue.com --GOOD ADVICE. I LEARNED MY LESSON.

I am unemployed seeking help in taking classes and was taken advantage of.

When I okayed the original $1.95, which was for the information
package. The next day my account was assessed an additional $57.61.
This I never authorized, nor was I shown any "terms and condition".
After calling to cancel and request a refund, I received an email
stating they could only refund $41.61.

I am an unemployed convicted felon needing help, and now I'm out
#17.95 with little chance of getting the money I so desperately need
back. Not only is it a ripoff, but it totally SUX. Thanks.

dont have a company business i tried to join this thing that i saw on the unemployment, for grants360.com gave my credit card number to join and get info as of how to go about this grants thing but it seems to be bull shit, i was given a id and a password that i cant even use. what kind of program are you running that i get a password and sign in number but cant use it, , , , , , , , , , , , , , , someone needs to give me an answer to this
