I signed up for this service for 1.99 for a 7 day trial ( that I was never told about ) after the 7 day trial they charged me 94.89 I called the customer service line as soon as I noticed the charge on my credit card. ( about 30 days ) They immediatally closed my account but told me I had to wait the 88 days before they would refund the money. I followed their instructions to the "T" and on the 88th day I filed for a REFUND. I had to print the paperwork out and fax it to their office. I was told a 3-5 business day turnaround on the processing. Well 3 weeks later I still had no refund. Now I called them back again and got a young man by the name of Jerome. I treated Jerome with respect, did not raise my voice, and calmly told him what had happened so far. Yes, I was mad. Yes I wanted to scream and yell, BUT I did not. 3 days after talking to Jerome all my money was put back on my card.
Sometimes a little self control and patience is all it takes to get what you really want. Good Luck to all with this company.

I ordered a cd for $1.99 . I never recieved it and $94.86 was taken out of my account without my permission. I have tried to get a refund and I keep getting the run-around.

they start out by offering you a $1.99 billing for there grants for you now progam that leads nowhere but to a list of fag
Then they billed my creidt card $95.00 but no where does it say any where that there is this CHARGE FOR THEE SEVICE AL THE LINKS ARE FOR FREE CD KITS BUT NOTHING EVER COMES.
