I paid for a CD that is connected to Government Grants, but have
not received anything from this company. I can not get an answer
when I phone either...I have written and received no help at
all. It was only $3.95, but how many people have submitted this
payment only to just wait for the CD, but never gets it.

Beware of sites that just pop up on the side of pages on the
internet...
