This guy took $400 from us and did NONE of the work. We were foolish enough to pay him upfront because he said he could turn the work around within 24 hours but needed us to pay first. His website seemed professional and he was very prompt during email correspondence so we went with it and it was a grievous mistake. It has been almost 2 months now without one piece of work to speak of. We've gotten to the point where we demanded a refund, in which he would immediately respond (hes good about responding right away) with something like "the work is complete. give me 2 hours to upload it." or "absolutely, done in 4 hours" and for months now, nothing is done. Its sick actually, like this is funny to him, to tell people "uploading now" while he sits around spending people's money. I am so disgusted by this person, his business, and his fraudulent behavior. It has embarassed us tremendously having to tell our client that we hired an incompetent scam artist.
