I called the company on the telephone and spoke with a man named Scott. I told him I need this product to cover a 1, 200 sq.ft. area. As I noticed on his website and also according to his statements, I was told I'd need to purchase the QUART bottle of the concentrate. The price I was told and also shown on the website was 79.99 for the QUART bottle, plus shipping. I gave him my credit card number and info and was told he would send it right away.
I received the box in a timely manner, however he charged me for the QUART bottle and the invoice he sent with it showed a QUART bottle, BUT IT WAS ONLY ONE 8 OZ. BOTTLE INSTEAD!!! The 8 oz. sized bottle that was sent to me sold for only 12.99!!!
I have called twice a day since it arrived, for several days now and have also left answering machine messages but no one will contact me at all! I have even sent two emails to them, from using the form on the website to contact them! It seems that now that he's got my money, he doesn't want to bother to make this right!
I looked up their alleged address on the google maps and found out that it is nothing more than a UPS store that rents out mailboxes! I called that number and it did nothing but give me a busy signal, so I guess it's closed up.

I am doubtful that I will receive any resolution on this matter but I intend to use every single option available to me so that I can let everyone know how this guy does business! I will be alerting the media here in Phoenix, AZ and also the Better Business Bureau!

He should be ashamed of himself, taking advantage of people especially in this economy! I'm sure his parents and family are proud that they're associated with such a scam artist!
