Calls several times a week - calls arrive at approx the same time each evening around 8:00 PM central time. Phone rings 4-5 rings always just short of the answering machine picking up. How do they get away with calling when I am on the government and state do not call lists?

I work as a church secretary. I have been receiving these phone calls every day since I've been with the Church. I've talked to the senior pastor about it, and he agrees that something has got to be done. We've never had anything to do with this company at all for any reason. The church and the parsonage are on the National Do Not Call list, and they're still calling. Here's hoping. I'll wait a few more days, then go to the DNC website and file another complaint.
