paid Travelocity

Paid Travelocity 22 dollars but was not able to use it. Because Travelocity did not give us a valtur for both trips to the hotel and back. We want you to pay back 22 dollars. we used visa card Wallace Russell ending with 5074. Our trip number was 7010 7564 6712 June 7th and June 12 .Please refund our money. Stranded in desert

Stranded in over107 degree heat after a bus had a flat tire. Instead of call someone in the town 5 miles away they sent a person from Las Vegas. We had no water on the bus. We were stranded over 3 hours. The company customer service will not respond to a petition submitted by the 35 people on the bus.
