I ordered what I thought was a trial kit from Sheer Cover. I was told it would cost me $9.98 + sh of $7.95. I repeatedly asked the person I was talking to on the phone that this would be the only charge and that I could cancel within 30 days. She assured me that I had 30 days to try the make-up and all I had to do was call to cancel future shipments. I repeatedly asked her that I would not be charged any more if I cancelled within 30 days. She then told me about other products. I finally agreed to some vitamins, not knowing that so many people have had so many problems with this company. I wish I had known of this web-site earlier. When I received the Sheer Cover, there was an invoice for $107.75 to be paid in three additional paymets. I called and talked to a representative at the company, assuming they had made an innocent mistake. The rep told me that she did not know what the other person had told me since she had no way of knowing what 800 number I had called. She said that I could return the make-up, at my expense, and that I would not owe any more that what I had already paid. Since I just today mailed the product back, I do not know if I am going to have the problem with my credit card that I have read so many have had. I will have to wait and see. Don't order from these people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
