I ordered proactive, and decided to get a "free" trial of vita power. I received the first package two weeks after my proactive was delivered, and immediately canceled vita power, knowing if i didn't do it first thing, I would forget, and be charged. The costumer rep canceled my account, and told me nothing will be charged. Jokes on me, I was charged for a second package THAT WAS NEVER SENT which according to the costumer service representative was a 60 day package with three payments of $36.15. I've been charged TWICE already, and have talked to a representative three times. THIS IS A SCAM! I AM LIVID!

Anyone complaining about the GRC Vita Power issue and it taking money from your account call 1-888-848-2797 and cancel your order.

Agreed to a trial offer of 2 Vita Power vitamins after ordering Sheer Cover over the phone. It came with no receipt or instructions on how to return product, or that I would be buying into a subscription of 120+ dollars for the vitamins each month.

I accidentally stumbled onto websites lodging complaints against GRC Vita Power online and called them immediately to cancel my (unauthorized) subscription. They assured that it would be done and I would not receive any more vitamins.

One week later I received another lot of vitamins in the post, so I called to complain. They said I cancelled the account one day too late, that the shipment was out by that time, and that I would be refunded my money minus P&P. I asked how much the P&P was and they said $3.99. They recommended delivery confirmation too.

Today I went to the Post Office only to find out that the P&P was $7.02, and delivery confirmation was 80 cents. So I had to pay $7.82 just to return the bloody damn thing.

The saga continues.. I'm looking forward to seeing how this turns out.

I ordered pro activ and was offered vita power as a free gift. They charged my card 1 month later. I caught the charge in the pending status and called the company to find out what it was. They informed me that the free product was put on a regular order. I told them I didnt want product and they said I couldnt stop order it had been shipped. So I asked for a tracking number for the shipment. They couldnt give me one because product had not even been pulled from the shelf. I think if it wasnt pulled they should have been able to cancel it. I did ask for the state the business was in to make a complaint. They gave me a bogus state. Found this out when I talked to pro activ. If I was pro activ I would look into a company that is ruining their reputation. They are owned by the same person.

I was given a 30 day free trial. When I tried to cancel the phone number that was on the brochure was no longer in service. Guthy Rinker gave me an 888 number that did not work either. I could not find a web site. My account is being charged and I will be filing a complaint with my bank if I cannot resolve this issue in a few days.
