I have ordered some products in March 2009 which I received and for which I was charged on March 19 2009. On May 19 2009 I was charged again for the same products and for for this reason I filed my previous complaint. After a few days I received the products which I did not order and for which I was charged. In order to avoid the shipping charges in sending them back I kept the products. On September 30 2009 I received another set of the same products without ordering them and when I checked my account I found out that I was charged again. I find this mistake unacceptable and I expect to be reimbursed for the shipping charges as well as for the cost of the products which I intent to return.
