I have been waiting over 3 years to go up in a hot air ballon with this company. My flight has been canceled many time. I canceled once when I was led to believe my money would be refunded and once when I hurt my back. The manager has many answers why they do not fly. Ground too wet to land, wind to high, airspace over Morris closed, etc. and etc. Unfortunatly he can say what ever he wants and how can you prove him wrong. He has to answer to no one. He takes your money and will not refund it. I believe if he were an honest person he would take a deposit and the rest on delivery of service. This company has been investigated by Jon Yates of the Chicago Trib and wkow in Madison, Wisc. Commplaints have been filed to the Better Business Bureau about this company. Mr. Lake does not answer phone calls, or emails. He says he will refund money and then change his story. He continues to take money when he has not fulfilled the tickets he has sold. I truly wish something can be done to make this company more consciencious.
