Mrs. Mills placed Carolina Cabinetry in false light and complained to BBB and her credit card company and GOT NO WHERE because they all sided with Carolina Cabinetry, so she is continually harrashing the company to gain money back for services which were rendered and per contract. She canceled the contract and was not award the complete refund because of the designs she gained from the transaction as this is clearly stated in the well spelled out contract stipulations. The ethics at questions is the woman out of contol trying to ruin the greatest Custom Cabinetry company for 26 years in the State of Florida and in Orlando proudly serving thousands of customers for over 11 years. 4 complaints in 26 years is not a bad record. They do great quality work and model their code of ethics for the Central FLorida Better Business Bureau...Bad economy sometimes brings Bad customers out of the wood work!
