This company is doing business under numerous internet identities (below). Product was ordered 12/16/2009 as a Christmas present. Credit card was _immediately_ billed and after a week with no word, emailed company to check the status. Over the next month and after receiving repeated "internal inventory" form replies to my quiries, I finally asked to have the ordered cancelled after it became clear that they never had the product and had no idea if/when they would ever have it in stock again. Waiting to see how long it takes for the refund. :(
