This place was such a nightmare! During my daughters 8 month stay there I've witnessed teachers handling children roughly, pulling them by their arms and yelling at them. I've witnessed a teacher playing gameboy instead of watching children. I witnessed one of the teachers threatening a child. I should have taken my child out sooner. Other children kept biting my daughter. After the first bite, I asked what could be done to protect my child and the teacher said "Nothing, everyone gets bit". Then one day I was trying to pick my daughter up and one of the kids bit me through my blue jeans while I was standing there talking to a teacher. I finally took her out of the daycare when I found 2 DEEP bite marks on her. She was bitten once on the face, and once on the back through her clothing. It took a week for the marks to disappear. The teacher claimed that she didn't know my child had been bit - I'm sure my child screamed bloody murder when she was bitten. After seeing the wounds, I know it had to have hurt. This just tells me that they don't watch your kids. I have pictures to prove the wounds that she sustained. I called the state to have this matter investigated. Now that my child is in a new facility, we no longer have problems with diaper rash either. I don't think they change the kids as often as they claim. If you love your child, stay away from Great Expectations. All 3 locations are owned by the same people & they are all horrible facilities. I've personally known 2 other mothers who have pulled their children out because of negelct issues. I have contacted the state about the injuries that my child sustained at this facility.
