i bought a new mustang conv. and a used ford van, was never given invice or warrenty papers. they lied on trade in vihiecle titles and trade in prices! the van quite running in less than 45 days. since then i have been told first they would fix it free and then charged me 800.00. its still not running right and they told me bring it in and they would take care of it! today they said it would be another 400.00 or pay them 85.00 for the diognositics! i don`t have it and was promised after the first 800.00 all would be taken care of! i have 4 kids and am a single mom and i need the van to transport them to daycare!! so much for ford!!! i need help from someone higher up in ford or i`ll have to get an attorney.
