I have been with Tier one for 7 years, had no problems what so ever. Now they are Great Western Bank, and have been for over a year now. I went in to get a loan and was told by the Loan Officer, that she did not know how to do loans and that she would have to contact another bank for help. I get a call on day three saying she is still waiting on someone to finnish helping her figure out how to do her job and that she would have an anwser that day. I call at the end of the day to check the status and find out that she decided to go to the dentist because she was waiting. If this is whats expected from Great Western Bank then i think its time to change.
p.s. I still have no anwser on the loan and now going on day four.
