Dr. Jackson charged $160.00 for interperting a cpap download that did not have to be interpeted, and she informs her staff to tell patients that they have to come into the office to have their cpap machine adjusted. When Dr. Jackson was questioned about the practice she stated no, you don't have to come into the office for a visit, but still failed to inform her staff no to tell patients that. The lady who does the coding and billing could not tell me how she billed for interperting the download. They are ripping off the insurance company.

When you request medical records they tell you 7 to 14 days for patients and doctors offices. I spoke with Stacy and she was oblivious to what was going on and stated that the lady that does medical records is only in the office once a week on friday's. When I called back to check on my medical records she stated that she took them out and they were sitting on the desk and she would speak to Ms. Sharon again about faxing the records to the physican's office. She was not aware of what Ms. Sharon's title was, however she did state that Ms Sharon was over the office when Dr. Jackson was not there.

Dr. Anita Jackson and her complete staff is imcompetent to the highest degree and should not be allowed to practice
