This cleaning company came to clean my house. They ruined my floors and stainless steel appliances. They promised me that they would do a good job and not to worry. They said they have experienced cleaning staff. on their website they claim that they "guarantee that you will be satisfied" My house was not cleaned at all properly. The two worst things were: The lady used undiluted Murphys Oil on my Brazilian Cherry hardwood floors. She was instructed to use a specific wood cleaner which she ignored. My floors were streaked and like a skating rink. Secondly she didn't use my stainless steel wipes to clean my appliances. She used a corrosive metal and jewellery cleaner. That has taken off the finish on my fridge, stove, and microwave all less than a year old. We called the owners of the company to have them come and take a look at the disasters that were created. They came, and looked. They had the audacity to say that our floors must always be like that after they are cleaned. RIDICULOUS!!! They did send a girl to redo the floors, which are ruined to this day. After many emails and phonecalls not returned, they finally got back to us to discuss the appliances, however, nothing came of it. They blamed us and said that we had ruined them. AGAIN LUDACRIS!!! They are supposed to be bonded and insured, WHAT A JOKE!!! What is the point of advertising that, and also advertising that the job is guaranteed. The last correspondance we received was a letter from a Lawyer that's specialty is trademarks or some joke of a practice. The gist of the letter was to stop harrassing the cleaners. Can you believe that??? They have ruined our floors and appliances and we are to stop harrassing them. We only wanted the appliances fixed, we didnt even bother about the floors. If you EVER come across this company or its cleaners, STAY AWAY!!!
