The thing happened on 12th-Dec.-2006 when I came to Toronto only for 3 months. My daughter, KAIXI CHEN, got an round -trip from toronto-beijing-toronto and scheduled back in 10th/Jan.-2007.The agent did not told us any information about refund .It took us $1400 and more.
For some special reason my daughter cannot be back by the assignated Canada Airline and we can not receive any refund till now although we had told them our complain.
We did not know where to make complain during the season because of our poor English skill.
I have faxed the Aircanada our complain a lot of times but not any reply.
We knew our mistake partly but you should let us know everything if we missed the airline assignated .If so we should got part of refund only because we had not took the airline after all.
This led us suffer a lot in psychology as soon as the air Canada and the Green company mentioned. Since then we never take the Air Canada and never go to Toronto although we know this is a problem in psychology and inexact.
