Century Link is my phone/internet/yellow page provider. I noticed a wierd charge tacked on the end of my bill last month - tried to call the contact number PaymentOne, Inc at 888 238 5118. Was told to call a diff number. Couldnt get through. Called CenturyLink, was told they would credit my bill. This months bill has a $49.99 credit and then a new charge for the same amount. I did not authorize this charge and do not understand how a random company can just tack charges on my utility bills.
