I had this company come and fixed my drains- still not draining.
Ed Williams did not give me a written bid, but a verbal. I asked him 3 times how much is was going to be. He said $2000.

I had him come to repair a sprinkler which I paid him. The worker was
2 1/2 hours late and I called.

I had Ed Williams come and see what it would cost to fixed my drains he said not much $2000. I said for everything and he said yes. I asked him 3 times

Nothing was giving me in writing. I learn my lesson never take a verbal from anyone. Put it in writing.

I received a bill $ 2000 plus another bill for $1766.45 for parts and labor for repair an add sprinker heads. Can you believe 21 hours for labor. I did not know how many hours they were here. I was not at home and Ed knew this.

I had them to come back because the drain is not draining - his workers said I put these in before and it will drain, they forgot to put a drain in
also Ed said he would put sod down . I told the worker Todd the drains did not match. It shows you how Ed did not care since I am a women and he wanted to scam me. The worker Todd said he should of look at it
and also gave me a bid.

The drain is not working - this company is not to be trusted!

Todd the worker came back and today I received a register letter saying I better deal with him He then charged me $525. What a poor scamming business man. How can a repair cost when it was correct in the first place. I sure hope you look around before you hire a person like this.
