Awful company
I took our late model Ford to purchased gas and a car wash on November 21, 2006. It was the first time that I used this type of wash. The car wash is a pull through, brush clean operation where you stay in your car and the brushes rotate and circle your vehicle several times a cycle. During the wash I was alarmed to feel something striking my vehicle several times hard enough to shake the whole truck. When I exited the wash I asked the attendant to inspect the vehicle to see if anything was wrong. I noticed and pointed out that the front license plate holder had been pulled off and the two bolts holding it to the bumper had been broken off where they connected to the bumper. The broken bolt shanks were still there in their holes. There were also two deep scratches on the lower portion of the bumper. The attendant had to go back inside the automatic car wash bay to retrieve the missing license plate holder. The employee filled out an incident report and stated the main office would contact me about repairs. I was surprised to receive a letter in the mail two days later from the Customer Service Director stating that the company felt the cause of the damage was previous wear and tear that may have loosened the car trim and that they denied any responsibility or claim for the damages. My husband and I returned to the car wash and had photographs taken of the damaged bumper to provide to the Green Lantern Customer Service Department. We tried our best to peruse them but they never reconsidered us. I will never try them again and would let every one know about their pathetic services.
