Green Light/Dealer Services BUYER BEWARE!!!
First I have been trying to get a refund of my money since July 2010 it is now 10/20/10 and I am still trying to get the refund.
Its a total joke first they sell you with the belief that your car will be covered when you get the contract nothing is covered that you asked for and when you call the company they tell you to "lie" to the dealership that is working on your car or just hope that they fix it.
I was hung up on by several people at this company Lee Austin at ext: 30 if that’s even his real name and Craig who doesn't know how to work with people his solution is to just hang up and keep hanging up on you with out getting and answer from him and the same goes for Mr. Austin if they don't like what you are saying the be prepared to hear a dial tone.
All I want is my money and all they say is checks are mailed out on Friday. Well what Friday because if I look at a calendar several Fridays have passed with out me seeing my refund.
Beyond HORRIABLE customer service if that’s what you want to call it. I was laughed at by a former employee if Green Light who basically said good luck.
