I, too, saw the infomercial and ordered the book for $1.98. Then saw a charge for $ 89.95 on my credit card. I called to complain and she gave me the same song and dance reported in other complaints here. Initially she was only going to refund half my money. I then inquired about the state in which they are located (California) and told them I was going to report them to the BBB. Boom, I'm on hold. Fifteen seconds later her "manager" ok'd a full refund. The number is 877 213-8238.

I have received email confirmation that my "subscription" has been cancelled. I'll be checking my credit card online to ensure the charge is removed.
