Green Smoke Electronic Cigarettes are a scam. Both batterys broke on me, and the cartridges suck balls! They lost flavoring after a couple of puffs. and its made in china which concerns me because its made in china!! who knows that china puts in them. The battery's broke after 2 days. Green Smoke is a scam because I called them and they happily replaced my battery's and I sent the old ones back. A little later, I decided I dont want Green Smoke and ordered The Safe Cig. It was much better then Green Smoke. Green Smoke told me I cannot return them since I returned the original battery's! And they told me they would charge 15% even if they did allow it. Green Smoke has good reviews because all the affliates say its good and post there coupon codes online. Just a scam. Green Smoke is very expenisve and not worth it.

I did not like this product - I don't care what great reviews you read online, the product is awful. The taste is horrible and don't even think of trying the Menthol.

I went through the proper paperwork and tried to make a return for a full refund of the starter kit and the flimsey case they sell. All packed in the original bow and shipped from my local UPS Store. That's when the fun started.

I hadn't heard from them so emailed the returns department to ask about the return processing. They then claimed that they received a package from me that 1) did not contain the case and 2) contained the starter kit box with no contents. They have refused to honor their return policy.

UPS reports the weight of the packages it sends out and so I know that much. Green Smoke claims they did not save the packing material and sent me a picture of an empty sterter kit box as supposed proof that the one I sent was empty. Becuase of this, UPS will not honor any insurance on the shipment. I am out the entire amount.

This is nothing but a scam on someone's part. Either you believe that UPS unpacked my shipment and repacked it after taking the contents or that Green Smoke is refusing to honor their return policy and is keeping my $168.

The area BBB reports three return policy complaints on file. I will add another.

You decide. I think the Green Smoke people are not to be delt with.
