sent poduct back. I want my money
I order Green tea and sent it back. I check my bank account and i was charge 38.95, plus Insuffcient charge 64.00 I call Customer service and they said it would take 7 days to go in my account. It's been 3 weeks now. I call them to day and now they want my back to call them befor they will give me my money back.

Frauds
These folks seem to engage in mail fraud as well as credit card scams. Their trial offer isn't a trial at all; then end up charging you full price for the product. But you can get your money back and stop them from charging your credit card. First, be relentless about calling them. Call them every day. And when you call, don't select the customer service or billing questions options. Select the option for placing an order because then you won't be put on hold. Tell them they are scam artists, and that they also engage in mail fraud. They claim that you will not be refunded for items you did not open returned via US Postal Service. However, this isn't state on their website or on the package. You have to actually open the package and read the fine print on the invoice to see this. However, this return procedure is standard Post Office practice, and since this evil company doesn't inform you of this via telephone, on their website or on the outside of the package, well, they actually haven't informed you of their policy, have they? And when they do issue you a "refund" they subtract something like a $5 "restocking fee." Does this mean that the bottle of pills I received might have been returned by someone else and repackaged and sold? Does this mean that the bottle of pills I returned will be repackaged and sold to someone else? I think I'll contact the Florida attorney general's office about that practice!

Unauthorized charges
Ordered a risk-free trial of green tea extreme capsules for $1.00 plus $4.95 shipping and handling. Approximately 4 weeks later VISA card was charged $38.95. If not illegal, marketing is certainly misleading and immoral.

unable to return merchandise and to cancel membership
Like all the other complaints it starts with ordering a trial sample of Green Tea Extreme. After I received the sample I was charged on my credit card the amount of $4.95 plus $1.00 s/h = $5.95. That was on 3/03/09. Then on 3/25/o9 I was charged $38.95 of which I did not order. I did not ask for any further orders. When I called them I was told that I would continue to received them until I cancelled my membership. This I did not know I had done. When I try to cancel membership or orders I am told to email them at www.getorderhelp.com. When I do this they say they will get back to me in 24 to 48 hours. I have done this 3 times and have still not received any response. Now I am trying to return the order they sent me on 4/11/09 for $39.95 plus 4.95 s/h =$44.90. This order I have never received. I am at a lose as to what to do next. I guess I'm just another sucker like the others. Someone needs to put them out of business.

Unauthorized billing
This company charges $6.95 for the trial. You will not get your pills before the trial is up, they take 30 minutes to answer their phone and then they will give you a website to go to for the form that neds to be mailed to them. On the top of the form it says it can't be processed for 21 days. The only way to not be charged the $75.00 after 14 days is to report your card lost or stolen to avoid charges. Good luck!

fraud and theft
I did not order anything, yet I had a bank withdrawal from this company. Both numbers on the statement were not working numbers. I went online and found a number which i called and spoke with a Wilson. ID#69283. He assured me that they would send a form to my e-mail within 24 hours and a refund to my account. When that did not happen I called back I spoke with Paula ID#43024. She said that I would have to go to a website and fill out a form to mail in. The website she gave me is not an active site. That is the third site that I have been given that is not active. Finally I called and cancelled my bank card. I also reported the incident to the better buisiness bureau and the police. Cancellation

credit card feaud
I ordered a trial month of GREEN TEA EXTREME. Never opened or used product because it contains guarana which is dangerous for heart patients. Cancelled membership by email. They confirmed, but continued to charge my credit card $38.95. They ALSO apparently sold my credit card info to fit-fac.com which charged me $29.95 for nothing. I never even heard of them. Please add green tea extreme and central coast nutraceuticals to the "look out for" section on the fit-fac.com page.
