Not able to cancel
I been tring to cancel the product i order on line, but have not been able to contact anyone. Green tea has not done anything for me not even energy!! I am very dissapointed on this product. Really wish to cancell. the number is always busy can some one please help me?

Refund of $39.00
I was charged $5.95 for a sample of Greentea capsules. Before I could even try them, $39.00 was debited from my checking account. I called to cancel "the membership". I never recieved more than the first bottle and the $39.00 was not put back into my account. It is impossible to handle this matter by phone, they are busy for hours. I just want $39 put back into my account.

Charged & Sent unauthorized order
I, like many others, ordered Green Tea Extreme at special price of $1.00 plus shipping & handling. On Oct 14, 2008 my credit card was billed for $ 5.95. Not a problem, but on Nov 03, 2008 I was billed another $38.95. What for? Then on Nov 19, 2008 I was billed another charge for $ 44.90. I did receive another bottle of Green Tea Extreme, but I did not order any more of this product. It does not work and I want to return this bottle and have the charges on Nov 03rd. and Nov 19th credited to my account. Also I need a Return Merchandise Authorization number from Customer Care. This is the website that I was directed to for that number. Please send the number ASAP.

I ordered the green tea pills online. The cost was $1.oo + 4.95 shipping. You have billed my credit card 45.00 and I am not paying that. This was supposed to be free trial, and it was apromotion for a free coach bag and wallet set.I am very upset, and I need a rep to get in touch with me immediatly or I am prepared to take legal action.I do have the products you sent me, and I am afraid to use this free trial, being that its not free. Wanted trial of $!.00 plus shipping
I wanted a trial of Green Tea Extreme for $!.00 plus shipping and I received Hoodiburst Gum and Hoodawater all for $45.85 This past mionth a few days ago my credit card was again charged $44.90 I sent the products back to the Company . How do I get you to stop sending more. I didn't ask for m ore and to charge my credit card again. I am very disappointed with this service.

took money from my credit card
I received their product, which I did not want, and returned the product, Nov 6, 2008, never opened it, with a request for a signature confirmation. A S. Breska signed for it in Largo FL 33773. My Credit Card showed a bill from GreenTea Extreme on Nov 14, 2008. a full 8 days after I returned the product.
I called the company at 1-888-692-8352 which has an address in AZ and was told there is no record of any of this transactions. I went further to search this Central Coast Nutraceutical Inc. and found that it has a Fulfill Center at the return address on the package. I was worried, but the package was delivered into their hands on Nov 6.
I want my money, $33.92 returned to my credit card account.
I noticed several complains about this company in my search for justice

only wanted trial offer and the company is still sending me products and charging my credit card
I cannot get thru on the phone as they muffeled it somehow that neither person can understand the other and then they hang up on me. I need them to stop sending me thier products as i cannot afford to pay for them and they charge my visa account.Also the DR. told me not to take the product as i have heart arrythemia, and it is not safe for me to use. I only ask for the trial order and i paid for that . Now today i got more in the mail and THEY CHARGED MY VISA $44.90. my name is anastacia and i have been trying to get a hold of someone in this company for over a week now, i have been sitting on the phone for over an hour. i orderd your green tea free trial for a $1 plus 4.95 shipping and handeling. now my credit card is being charged 38.95 for something i did not order. i will return all that is sent to me and i want my money put back on my card.
