ordered bottle for $1 and was charged $45.85 and didn't receive
On 9/22 I ordered online the green tea extreme product for $1 plus S&H which was $4.95. I checked my bank account and GTE had deducted $45.85. I immediately called the # I listed above and got a message to call another time as all reps were busy. I have continued to call and finally got the address of this web site to contact from the GTE message recording. Please direct me as to who I should contact so I can get my money refunded.
Thank you, Edna Neville

not being credited for product returned
I ordered Green Tea Extreme capsules as a trial and decided not to order them however they are being sent to me billed on my Visa every month and I have returned every shipment and never been credited for them. Quit sending them and credit my visa immediately for the last 3 shipments that I did not order. Credit me $46.82 x 3 immediately on my credit card.

overcharge
This company charged me $45.85 for a "FREE" sample of their tea. I was supposed to pay only S&H. What is my recourse? I want a REFUND!!! I called the toll free # but the recording said they were closed. I called several times just to get their email address but either I cannot understand WHAT the heck she was saying or she is just not speaking clearly!
Thank You

Company misrepresentation
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They will not provide information on canceling a membership and will continue to charge your credit card, even after being told you were remove from the membership and future charges. They will also pass your information to another company who will also automatically enroll you and charge you monthly as well. Their customer service agents are rude and told me not to call them anymore. They made comments like "go mow your yard lady and stop calling us". I was called "stupid" and was refused customer service. "We pride ourselves on providing outstanding customer service and support. In order to get optimal results, you may have additional questions or concerns about our products or about your purchase. You can contact us via phone, email or postal mail. We are here to support you". This comes directly from their website, but they will not stand behind it.
BE AWARE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AND ANY OF ITS PRODUCTS!!!

Rip off
I ordered the Green Tea Extreme supposedly for only $5.95. A month later I found a charge for 38.95 on my account. I called the company and found out that I had to cancel my order by sending the pills back in order to not be charged. I tell ya, After reading other peoples comments this really made me think twice before ordering ANYTHING on the internet. At least if I do I will read EVERYTHING and get the facts before being sucked into this mess. Of course the bank can't do anything because I didn't read the small print that you need a magnifying glass to see. I cancelled the credit card that I orginally puchased the product with and had another one reissued so they don't charge me again because if that happened I would have had to get postal!!!

Sending Goods not ordered
I ordered a bottle of Green Twea Extreme and gave my credit card number over the internet. This was on the understanding that I could cancell any future orders if I did not like the product. On the 18th May I cancelled over the internet and received a confirmation on the 19th May. On the 16th June I received another bottle of Green Tea and a note saying my credit card would be charged. When I eventually spoke to a human being they said I had to prove that I had cancelled the orders. Fortunately I kept a printed copy of the cancellation as by now it has been erased from the computors memory. I will have nothing to do with this company again and would warn anyone who does to keep strict records of all their dealings.
