2 days in a row, and still possibly out of its product, my husband & I stopped by the only Starbucks in a 20 mile radiius (maybe larger distance) wanted just an iced green tea SWEETENED. Went thru the drive thru, waited with 5 cars ahead. We Pulled to window & they tried to collect $, then saying no sweetener right? After correcting, they said oh we can add sugar packets, it tastes the same! We r out of sweetener! Lol, my hubby & I have added sugar packets before only to realize it will nvr taste right unless it's simple sugar. This happens when they get the order wrong bc it happens often. The 2nd day in a row, they did same thing, unremorseful, & really what we both feel is that it's not hard to make simple sugar, lazy employees. How hard is that to make sweetener, my grandma n grandpa could...furthermore why not tell us when we place the order rather than make us waste our precious time twice. It just sounds funny. Starbucks employee also said they act Like their own franchise and do things their own way. So needless to say we r back to making our own green tea & sweetener without the laziness! I didn't know where to complain so this is what I found!

Cancel Any Order I DONT WANT THE PRODUCT

Company states you can try their product for only the shipping charges. However, evidently there is a statement there that if you do not cancel within 15 days they will ship more product and end up charging your credit card for $74.24 for that 15 day supply, that's $148.48/ mo. Then, they continue shipping and charging. When I called the rep said there is nothing she can do about the first $74.24 charge, but if I return the second shipment, they will credit my card. That remains to be seen.

Colon Cleanse continued to be sent to me after I had said ok to a free sample. I did not authorize any further shipments. I have been charged in error. They were very impolite on the phone when I called explaining. What a scam. I asked for the name of the CEO of the company and was told it was not available. I asked for a supervisor and was told I was talking to one. He was so slick I am sure this complaint is one he is used to receiving. He told me if I called back I would be hung up on. What a scam to people who are really looking for help with their health.

I HAVE CALL THIS # A FEW TIMES YOU CAN NEVER SPEAK WITH A LIVE PERSON. THERE ARE PROMTS. I HAVE CHOOSING NOT TO RECIEVE ANY MORE OF THE GREEN TEA PILLS BUT I'M STILL BEING CHARGED.. THE PROMPT REQUIRES YOU TO GO TO THE WEB SITE TO STOP THE ORDERS BUT WHEN YOU GET TO THE WEB SITE THERE ISNT ANY OPTION TO UNSUBSCRIB. THIS GREEN TEA IS A SCAM.
