april 2009 i ordered a sample of this product off yahoo--$2.99. I was not in arkansas when the package was delivered. i came home and had to go to post office to pick up the package. that's when it all started. the package contained 3 bags of tea and 3 sample pills (i think) in a sealed bottle. i repackage the items and sent them back (my $12.00) to china!!! i kepted the receipt because when the company first started claiming to refund my money and cancel the account they wanted me to scan my receipt and email it to them..which i did. they said that since i did n ot reply within 8 days of receiving the product i owed them $79.+++++. I was not in town when the package arrived and sent it right back and since then i have refused 2 more packages. they have emailed me noting their inability to deliver their products and i told them--fine--i did not want them anymore--but since then they have charged my bank account 3 more times--$85.90 plus .69 service charge(?) what they have been able to do is hack in and get my checking account number since i changed debit card numbers to try to put an end to this--they have my checking account number!!!
i have called their customer servie numbers too many times to count. i was told in may, 2009 that i would receive a refund and my account would be closed.
