Complaint is this company is making false claims that we have not paid our taxes. We have each and every year proof, we have and on time.
Now, we received a letterFriday that we do not have homeowners insurance in place which we have and always have had and paid on time and have proof of it.
This company is a huckster which should be banned from doing business and fined heavily or sued for it's scams.

There is no reason for any of the above to have occurred. My insurance company has proof that they forwarded the informaion each time and we are going to proceed to file with the Attorney General of Texas and the Federal Trade Commission along with contacting our local state representative. With elections in the balance, I suggest that tax payers get out there and check to see who this company is paying under the table to keep them in business.

We have questions about their even being run as a front for the mafia the way they operate.

They are truly the company from HELL> and we're not even a family that has trouble paying their house note or even keep up with insurance payments. Just think, what they are doing to people who are struggling to hold onto what they have left!!

Run this company out of business and others like them and shut them down once and for good. They are truly maggots.
