	Carroll and Charlotte Reynolds September 15, 2009 unauthorized account We didn't order this and want it cancelled and all our money paid in to be refunded.
	LMED March 1, 2009 Unauthorized Implementatin of Service We got charged an additional 16.46 on our phone bill from OAN Services, Inc. We have never even heard about this company or their services. We absolutely did not give permision. state on their website that "the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Transactions Act ("E-Sign") was enacted in 1999 and 2000... I believe they put this in to make you think that somehow you "E-signed" for this yourself. We absolutely did not!
	stran February 16, 2009 unauthorized charge on phone bill A charge showed up on the telephone bill for 3 months for 8.23 plus taxe and fees. It was unauthorized, but began about the same time that my husband had his ID info stolen. The 800 number states they will credit back the phone company bill, and that it is for a dedicated personal 800 line with free long distance, something which I already had on my regular phone.
