I loaded $50 on a greendot prepaid card via phone. This was the second time I did it and they gave me a different card number. I thought it might have been because I hadn't used the card in a while and that was why I got a new number. A few days later when I tried to use the card it was declined. I only had $5 on the card they said. I knew something was wrong when they named a different person than me as the account holder. They put me on hold forever they were having system problems and I never got the issue resolved. I called back the next day and was unable to speak to a live representative. I have written to them and hope this gets resolved. This company needs to be investigated.
