I the family people personally want to help team of Greenland Journey to learn \"Travel and Tourism\" industry from low economic counties like Kenya Tourism, Srilanka Tourism and Nepal Tourism Tour Operators who are far more 1000 times professional than them.

I thank the whole company and staff because The company has given me extremely worthy Less services for the Tour of Himachal (Shimla & Manali), New Delhi. Our tour was for 6N/7Days and their executive used to call us daily even at Airport when we reached and also when we reached hotels to ask US about OUR comfortable reaching to the Hotel.But I didn't liked their personl services of calling ONLY (AS ITS NOT important) because instead of investing in Calling and making STD BILLS they should invest in proper guidance and proper advice as FULL information to customers in touring the places(before booking with them ), spots for touring, facilities available and also the guidance as to what is worth watching and what are the ground costs to bear above the package costs paid, because at ground the real thing is different and many things to be noted are not fully conveyed to customers Including the time to exit from hotel necessary to reach spots plus also what are places worth visit at evening time and morning time and what places are closed on what days and what places are under construction and could not be visited. Plus how much time it takes to cover distances between places, Kilometers and as well as time spend there worth necessary, plus entrances and means of transport utilized for the touring places where car can't access the points of tour.

They Offered good hotels with breakfast and charged prices in Non peak season that of Peak season. when booked with breakfast they didn't convey to passengers and in all hotels breakfast is served at 08:30 in morning and Drivers of the customers advice to move at 07:00 in morning or else it remains difficult to reach the tourist spot or cover what you had given money for. so the Breakfast money spent on hotel goes wither waste or needs to be compromised for.car very nice AC Vehicles but AC's cannot be used with radio on hills. so when you book car of AC type and you don't use AC its of no use to pay for AC car. please be noted to book vehicles with NON AC as they are available in India and charge will be less because nevertheless no AC can be used then why pay for AC for full journey at AC rate?. Very funny, that Welcome drinks etc. are not part of Hotel industry as they told it should be written on tour companies voucher. I heard this first time in my life. even poor country like Africa in their jungles they provide customers. orange juice or bottles of water.On checking hotel websites i found in their own package they offer customers welcome drinks as well as fruit baskets. so funny that tour company says something and hotel website says something else and hotel staff and tour company staff say third thing different. very funny. childish and kiddish.come on wake up we are in 21st century not in times of bell bottoms brains.

Driver was good to tell and share all realities of the industry to us. instead he also shared experiences as to how tour operators operate as just agents of trading and many times drivers obey their own rules and regulations as they belong to third party company. He was Humble and non Smoker, Nondrinker and very family type. My family was so comfortable with the driver.Driver instead also explained that money to be received as 50% payment is their company's money they receive for providing services. now if services provided are bad in between drivers can also throw customers in lurch on road when customer refuses to pay them when dissatisfied with their tour services.so there is no chance you can block the money of tour operator if one is dissatisfied because driver can hold you at ransom and leave you in deserted area where there is no option to get transport and number two the tour operator agency doesn't meet the customer at the end of journey because it has finished up its work by taking its 50% cut already so there is no chance the company gives to express grievance as well as to stop the payment because of dissatisfaction. Best is hire a driver from airport pick up and pay him money he knows bets hotels and spots of travel and everything can be managed properly and at cheaper rates is what we learned form the tour.

Their rates are also very much not transparent and broken off properly but with zero guidance and non transparent dealings and null consultancy and advice. so overall its a junk product what is being offered.I


recommend this company for the booking of tour packages only if you want to bring pain in your head home, black memory in your touring with such guidance for life time and putting a hole in your family income which has gone into gutters by doing a full fledged toiling instead of happiness and cherished memories.I do still bless them to learn and implement form their mistake and to help themselves get genuine proper feedback as well as genuine customers to help them learn what is travel and tourism.

I did write such genuine review about our tour because i don't want any other person should loose their money and moreover have a black memory for a lifetime.In the end i thank you the company very much whole heartedly for making me learn about tourism as it exists in it full form on the other side.
