They do horrible work. When they cut your grass they miss sooo many spots. They trim bushes and weeds with it--instead of pulling the weeds away from the roots of the bushes. It looks horrible. They blow leaves from my neighbors property onto mine--then come charge me for cleaning leaves. They are always looking for an angle-or a buck. The promised to do snow removal on my driveway and sidewalk. Their guys show up very late after the storm when it freezes. They charge all different prices. Watch them. They only do 1/2 the work. They only shovel half my driveway and dump the snow on the other half. Their paths on my patio and sidewalk are too thin, not wide enough to walk. They use my salt and charge me for using theirs. Billing is fishy and they always want cash so they don't have to pay tax or claim anything. Not sure if all employees are legally in this country. Only boss speaks english. Will only guarantee their work as long as you have them working for you. Otherwise--out of luck. Guess that is what lawyers are for. Please find someone else--don't use them.
