Green Lantern's machine scratched hood of car. Due to cold weather and rushed for time I decided to go the Green Lantern. We purchased my wife's car new from the dealer in 2005. Since the purchase I have hand-washed the car myself, other than a garden hose the car has never had a machine wash or power wash at a wash bay. I know where every hickey is and when every one occurred (there are very few). I brought the scratch damage (fresh and down to primer no fading) to the operations manager attention. He took some photos, stated his equipment didn't cause the damage but he would send the pictures and info to his home office. Low and behold, the home office robo response was from Salina, Kansas. An office that apparently has received a number of complaints and undoubtedly has denied a number of justifiable damage claims due to there equipment or wash process.

We will not return to Green Lantern.
