I had perfectly green even grass last weekend. Although I am capable of taking care of my lawn, a determined GreenLawn sales woman worn me down.

GreenLawn crew arrived and applied fertilizer. I watered it next day as advised.

Within few days my grass turned brown. The fertilizer burned it. I called with a complaint and GreenLawn crew arrived again, they mercilessly ripped out the brown grass, dumped some grass seed on top of it, told me they dont have soil and left.

Now 60% of my front lawn is covered with dried out bare spots. After subsequent complaint, branch manager visited my property during my absence and left me a notice that there is no burned grass (no, they ripped it out) and this is normal.

My neighbors that did not pay anyone to look after their lawns are enjoying green grass.

Unfortunately, I prepaid for the whole season. The branch manager I got hold of, told me they will return outstanding balance, but not the money I paid for the treatment that destroyed my grass.

So I actually paid someone to destroy my grass.
