charged for free 14 day trial
Company through publishers clearing house adveertised for green tea extreme for $6.95 shipping and handling
free trial bottle. Now they have charged my checking account for $74.95 by my debit credit bank card. I
want this reported. I will be going to the bank on Monday after I try to contact the number they have listed.
I tried to call the number this morning on Saturday March 28th and the voice mail said it was full. I feel very
stupid for doing this and letting myself getting scammed. I will have the bank issue me a new card If this moneys go through I will be overdrawn and have other checks returned costing me further money. I will

billing for products returned and not wanted
I had sent back product I never ordered. It was supposed to be a $1 charge and if I approved I would continued to use it. A package came with product I had not ordered, was sent back and now my credit card is being charged every month for $45.85 and$38.95. I am authorizing my card co. to deny these charges.

did not order
Did not order green tea extreme and was charged. When I tried to contact the by phone or email i was unsuccessful. No one has responded to my email to try to resolve the problem.

overcharge my checking acct.
I ordered the greenteaextreme from a survey that i was performing and it was the trial offer of $1.00 plus sh&handling of $4.95. I did this on 11-3-08 and on the date 11-4-08 i sent an email of complaint but never received correspondance by phone or email and it stated it takes 24 to 48 hrs. and this is 11-10-08. I emailed again to no response SO I COULD GET THE RMA CODE TO RETURN IT ALL! I have also called the number 1-888-692-8352 and actually stayed on the line the total of minutes indicating how long the wait is 43 minutes each time and still after an hour of my phone on speaker NOTHING!

no merchandise and over charged me twice without my permission
I had first bank statement showing that they overcharged me 45 something dollars for the greentea products when I agreed only to two dollars trial fee. So I called that company to cancel and they promised me the refund back if I send back the products. I would have sent it back but I never recieved the products yet!! Then now I get my second bank statement and they still charging me $38.95 dollars again!!! I called again yesterday and today to find out what's going on but they still have the damn same recording on over and over. I think they are avoiding unhappy customers like me!! I still haven't recieved any products yet!! I am so mad that I'm planning to report about their scams!!! I want my two separate monies back!!!

taken money out of my account without permission
Tryed a sample for $4.95 was charged to credit card $45.85 now I am being charged again, I did not give this company the right to do this. I already reported this to my bank I want this to stop.
