Charged $8.23 per month beginning Jul 08. Upon review of phone bill Apr 09 to find out what charges were for, was told they were for someone from my internet service account requesting an 800 phone number. I cancelled the account immediately. On a return call to the company to inquire about refund of the 11 charges, was told that I had only been billed for 2 months of services that would be refunded within 2 billing cycles. I inquired what happens with the other nine charges which appear on my phone bill and where those monies went. She (cindy) told me there were no other charges and she did not know anything about the other charges.

According to Cindy the account has been cancelled and no further charges will not be billed. This was on Apr 27th.

I request refund for all 11 charges on my account.
