Greer Construction owns and manages several apartment complexes throughout Alabama yet they rip their tenants off with "false" complaints about the conditions of the apartments in order to get more money out of their tenants. Conditions are not always good and they use cheap labor . . . a man drawing social security or something in order to keep overhead down.

They turned off water in an entire complex over night and event the manager didn't know they were going to turn the water off. People break into vehicles there and they refuse to hire security. They are only in this business for the money and they dont care about the people and their living conditions.
