Very Rude, False Allegation of an Odor that was obviously not the issue! They said I could not donate even though I had documentation of a valid ID, Social Security Card, Letter Of Residence, and I had not been drinking or smoking or anything. I didn't even get examined! I was lied to for some unknown reason of some odor that they would not identify nor tell me who claimed that I had the smell in the first place.
1. Their stories changed, that someone at the front claimed when I approached..Yet they waited 2 hours to let me know???
2. Then I talked to the Medical supervisor and saw I was clean but claimed he had a poor sense of smell, and would not give me a straight answer.
3. Than I talked to the Manager, he claimed he didn't smell anything but claimed it would not matter because he could not override the Medical Supervisor.
Then He claimed to say why not take a shower and come back...That was utterly unprofessional.
So I came to a conclusion,
a. they mistaken me for someone else.
b. there is a disgruntle employee who just was being a bitch
c. I had an odor by sitting next to someone else
d. Maybe I had bad breath from something I ate earlier...
My nails were clean, I had nothing on my arms or hands or face that would constitute as being dirty or smelly.
Even my clothes were clean!
I am appalled and very disappointed.
Also they are very unprofessional and out right rude!
