Ordered a new grill for my car in June of 2008. Paid with credit card. Grill4U never shipped me the grill. I've spent 2 years getting a run-around from them. They've told me that they shipped it and had my signiature (never recieved or signed for the shipment), then they changed their story and stated that they had shipped to me and gave me a FED-X number - turned out to be to someone else in a different city. Then I was told that it was sent to to another person in a different city telling me that that was where I had told them to ship it. Now it's that I moved and they couldn't deliver it (I moved over a year after pruchasing the product. Now they're telling me that I shouldn't have changed my address in e-bay or paypal - it was where I lived until I moved out of California. Why wouldn't i want it shipped to me at my home? Over the phone they had communicated that they would take care of it - this was over 2-years ago!! On the phone, through e-bay and in e-mails I've communicated where to ship it multiple times.

This place has ripped me off. They took my money and will not make any effort to return my money or to send me the product I bought.
