This company is TERRIBLE. I have dealt with them twice now in regards to delivering mulch and other bulk materials (rock, barkdust) and I'm absolutely sure I will never use them again. They are rude on the phone when taking orders from customers. Their system of not being able to give you a window of delivery time (they say "we'll deliver tomorrow, or Tues, as opposed to tomorrow morning between 9am and 11am.) is very compromised. As an industry professional, I employ people by the hour to work for me- if I can't tell them to arrive at the work site at least within a couple hour window, I lose money waiting on others to deliver. When Grimm's actually does deliver, count on the order being incorrect, or at least incomplete. My first and second orders (I think I forgot it was them I used the first time I had a terrible experience and thus made the second mistake) were dumped in the wrong location. The second order they actually lost more than a third of it up the street before getting to my location. When I asked to speak to a manager or person in charge I was treated very rudely and told not to call with my business again! NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ANYONE, LEAST OF ALL INDUSTRY PROFESSIONALS
