FRAUD
SOLD OUR COMPANY CERTIFICATES TO GIVE AS INCENTIVES TO CUSTOMERS AND THEN THEY WENT OUT OF BUSINESS AND ALL OF OUR CUSTOMERS HAVE BEEN GETTING THE REBATES THEY SENT IN SENT BACK TO SENDER.

non-payment/return to sender
I have sent in coupons and receipts for 5 months now and no response or payment. I had called them in November to complain and they told me to continue sending the paperwork, there was just some computer problems and a backlog of paperwork. They assured me that I would receive the money. Yesterday I had my latest one returned as many of you did. Where do we go from here with these scammers?

I'm from Canada and was offered this promotion when purchasing eye glasses. I never did get a rebate, and I did send the $15 cheque.
The local company that offered the promotion is giving it's customers a $100 gift certificate to make up the inconvenience. I appreciate their efforts, since they paid for the certificates, so now they are out of pocket twice.

Grocery Rebate Redemption
We purchased a new mattress set from Beck's furture in Sacramento, CA in November 2009. We were given an incentive of $500 rebate redemption from Grocery Rebate Redemption company and also sent a check of $9.95 registration fee. They took the money that time. But after I sent my December's rebate form and receipts, the envolope was just returned to me from the mail stating the company has moved, left no address, unable to forward. The telephone number on the term&conditions page is not a working number. This is obviously a scam!!! I think if the company is gone, the store should be responsible for their customers.

Non payment
I am not very happy right now, I was promised Giftcards for shopping at a specific store and submitting receipts to them, I have done all of that including paying them $9.95 which was suppose to be returned in the first Visa card, that I have never gotten. I just received my january envelope back stating that they moved and don't have a forwarding address, tried emailing the person I had talked to in December and that came back undeliverable. I would be more than williing to participate in a lawsuit should it come to that. They cashed my check so that said they are a willing party in this, now I want my VISA cards for Oct, Nov, Dec and January that I now hold in my hand because it's not deliverable.

Sent in my rebate slip with necessary grocery slips and got the letter back saying "return to sender- moved - left no address, unable to forward. It is part of My Free Travel.com and could not get thru on its email address. The telephone number is not a working number

Non Payment
We purchased a new stove from I.M.Home in Provo, Utah. We were given an incentive of $600 rebate redemption from Grocery Rebate Redemption company and also paid my $9.95 registration fee. I have sent in 4 months worth of receipts and now December's envelope was just returned to me from the mail stating the company has moved, left no address, unable to forward. What a scam!
A class action suit needs to be filed against this company.

no reply
I purchased a "membership" in gas and grocery rebates. I thought it was legimate, as it was in the Kroger Store in my neighborhood. I paid the dues and membership, never to receive what was promised.
This had to be a multi million dollar scam, there has to be something that can be done to correct this mess for a lot of people!

Fraud
I purchased Grocery Rebate Redemption because they advertised that they would send me a $25 Visa Gift card each month when I submitted a grocery receipt for over $100 from Giant. They also advertised that a portion of the proceeds would go to aid our fighting troops. Nothing ever received in return and last submission returned to sender -- moved with no address.
