I had purchased a Pontiac G6 on a SmartBuy from Grossinger Autoplex. My SmartBuy term is up. I liked this car so much that I had decided to purchase this care out-right. However, when I called to make an appointment with the leasing office, I encountered the leasing office manager, Gus Donas. He was overtly rude and verbally abusive on the phone from the very beginning of the call as I attempted to explain what I intended to to with this car. Before I could even get out that my intentions were to purchase this car he abruptly interrupted me and actually said to me "if you are just going to turn this FUCKING car in, you can take it somewhere else!" He then proceeded to hang up the phone on me. This auto dealership not only lost out on a sale, but any chance of a returning customer. Buyer beware, the sales folks here are very forthright, inviting, and nice, however, if you ever have an issue or want to turn your car in becuase you lease or SmartBuy, DO NOT GO TO THIS AUTO DEALERSHIP. They do not value customer service and treat thier customers who have already purchased from them like crap. They are very unprofessional and not out to give you good service, just get your dollar and have nothing else to do with you.
