I have received a communication from the Royal Mayan as to a truce and to receive half of the money by Thursday of next week in my bank account. Then I am supposed to wipe away all the comments made and then the remainder of the money owed will supposedly be deposited in my bank account.

I really am just as keen to resolve this matter as easily and quickly as possible. However until all the money owed is paid into my bank account I cannot erase any comments made concerning my awful experience with the Grupo Mayan to date. Because the initial promise to repay the money was reneged upon by them I am in a position where I have no option but to demand that all the money owed be put back into my bank account. Then whatever promise needs to be made not to write or say anything negative about the company can be done and we can call the matter "closed". Then and only then will the comments be erased. Two years and ten months is a long time to wait to be refunded. I think that patience has been shown to be one of my better virutes!
