I bought the A1200 (Ming phone) by Motorola from GSMonster. From the beginning there were problems. Unfortunately, because GSMonster has a 7 day (from date of purchase) return policy there is no recourse if you encounter problems. By the time you get the phone a week later or so the return policy has already expired. By the time you turn on the phone for the first time, you are at the whim of chance as to whether you will even get anything close to what you ordered. In my case I would have been better off inserting the money I paid for the phone in a shredder and selecting a rock from the back yard to meet my needs for a paperweight as that is what I have been left with. This phone does nothing useful. It cannot even keep the date. And don't even think about using it to send or receive a call. This phone was advertised as a smart phone but it does not even meet the bare minimums for a dumb phone. And while GSMonster is willing to take your money, they have no intent on delivering anything that even comes close to the products they advertise.
I regularly purchase a wide array of products on the internet. Overall, I have had almost no problems with any such purchases. But GSMonster is unique. They sell crap and do nothing to stand behind their products. Unless you like burning money in the hope that you will get something in return, I strongly recommend that you avoid GSMonster like you would avoid a bad disease.
